About this program

Oberlin Conservatory's BM in Piano Pedagogy prepares pianists for careers as teachers at all levels, combining advanced applied performance study with pedagogical theory, developmental psychology of music, and supervised teaching practice within the all-Steinway environment of the Conservatory. Oberlin also offers a Professional Certificate in Piano Technology as a separate two-year program.
