About this program
CMU's BA in Dance provides comprehensive dance training within a more flexible liberal arts framework than the BFA. The curriculum mirrors the BFA's broad technical training in Modern, Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop but with greater flexibility for electives and double majoring. All BA Dance students participate in the same three annual dance concerts, ACDA conference travel, and guest artist experiences as BFA students. Audition required for both BA and BFA Dance.
