About this program
The University of Kansas Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance is a rigorous, technique-focused program designed to prepare students for professional careers in dance performance and related fields. The curriculum emphasizes integrated training across multiple dance styles including ballet, modern/contemporary, jazz, tap, and hip hop, complemented by courses in choreography, dance theory, history, dance science, and pedagogy.
