About this program
The Challey School of Music's Bachelor of Music with Performance option is a professional undergraduate degree for students pursuing careers as performing musicians. Students audition for the appropriate area (Instrumental, Voice, or Piano) with faculty members and demonstrate professional-level skills or potential. All BM students pass all four levels of piano proficiency examinations prior to completion of the degree. NDSU is continuously accredited by NASM and has a long ensemble tradition.
