About this program
Wright State University's Acting B.F.A. program prepares students for careers across all facets of acting—from stage to television to film. The program emphasizes well-rounded training through acting classes, dance, private singing lessons, and specialized movement training including stage combat. Students are cast early and often in the department's award-winning plays and musicals, and have opportunities to perform in films produced by Wright State's motion pictures program. Graduates work professionally at regional theatres, in television and film, on and off Broadway, and in national and international touring companies.
