About this program
The University of the Incarnate Word is a private Catholic university of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, founded in 1881 in San Antonio, Texas. The music department ensembles have performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Montreux Jazz Festival. The Theatre Arts BA is the only NAST-accredited theatre degree in San Antonio, with an exchange programme with Toi Whakaari O Aotearoa, the national conservatory training school in New Zealand.
