The State University of New York at New Paltz is a comprehensive liberal arts university in New Paltz, New York — in the scenic Hudson Valley, 90 miles north of New York City — enrolling approximately 6,500 students. The School of Fine and Performing Arts encompasses nationally accredited programmes in Art, Music, and Theatre Arts. The Department of Theatre Arts offers a BA in Theatre Arts with three concentrations: Performance, Design & Technology, and Theatre Studies.
