The Department of Performing Arts at Randolph College offers a Bachelor of Arts in Music alongside its theatre and dance programmes within an integrated arts department. The Music BA at Randolph is grounded in the liberal arts tradition, combining applied performance in a primary instrument or voice with coursework in music theory, music history, and aural skills. Students take private applied lessons (1 credit per session), participate in ensembles (Chamber Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble, Chorale, or jazz groups), and engage in performance-based learning throughout the curriculum.
