About this program
The University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music, founded in 1878, is the oldest music conservatory on the US West Coast. Nestled within a private university in Stockton, California, the Conservatory offers undergraduates research opportunities typically reserved for graduate students elsewhere. Nearly 150 performances annually by students, faculty, and visiting artists. Dave Brubeck, the legendary jazz pianist, was a Pacific alumnus.
