About this program
The Department of Theatre Arts at the University of Pittsburgh offers a comprehensive undergraduate BA in Theatre that has trained students in the practical and academic aspects of live theatre for more than 20 years. Unlike a conservatory setting, Pitt's theatre training is embedded within the liberal arts experience at a large, urban research university situated in a vibrant arts community.
