About this program
NMU's audition-based BA/BS in Dance is led by faculty who have worked with world-renowned companies and graced Broadway stages. The program immerses students in commercial and concert dance styles. All Dance majors are required to audition for CO/LAB Dance Company — the NMU Theatre and Dance resident dance company, which presents at least one concert during the academic year and performs alongside visiting professionals during the North Coast Dance Festival (NCDF).
