About this program
NMSU offers the Bachelor of Arts in Music (General) and a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Theatre) track. B.A. Music students complete at least four semesters of applied music study at the 230 level and at least two semesters at the 330 level, with the option (not the requirement) to continue at the 430 level. Six semesters of continuous ensemble participation are required.
