LACM's BM and BA programs across 12 majors prepare students for professional careers as performers, composers, songwriters, producers, and music industry professionals. Grammy, BMI, and People's Choice Award-winning faculty bring real industry experience. 1:1 applied lessons in all performance programs. Students engage with LA's music industry through coursework, masterclasses, and internships. Audition by video upload or live at an LACM Open House — both equally considered.
