About this program
Kentucky State University's BA in Music is intended for the student who wishes to study music within a liberal studies framework and use the degree as a foundation for a wide range of career options and/or graduate study in music or other academic areas. Emphasis is placed on electives in music and general studies. Several degree tracks offer additional studies in the areas of Music Industry and Production, and Jazz and World Music.
