TWO DEGREE OPTIONS: BA in Music — comprehensive music study; prepares for graduate school or music-adjacent careers. BA in Music Education — leads to Pennsylvania PK-12 teaching certification; same audition process as BA Music. ENSEMBLES: Concert Choir — 40-member auditioned premier ensemble; toured internationally (Ireland, Northern Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, Wales). Symphonic Band — NO AUDITION REQUIRED; all students welcome. ECCO (strings: no audition; winds/percussion: director permission). EC-Community Chorus — NO AUDITION; open to community. Fenice — treble choir; gender-inclusive; by audition. Men's Ensemble — no audition. Jazz Band — director permission. MUSIC PERFORMANCE SCHOLARSHIPS: Open to ANY performer at Etown — music major or non-music major (vocal, keyboard, or instrumental). Renewable for 4 years. Awarded based on merit of audition and ensemble needs. Awards may only be made to students ALREADY ACCEPTED to Etown. Non-music-major scholarship audition: check in 30 minutes before assigned audition time; same performance requirements as music major audition; NO theory exam, interview, or recommendation required.
