About this program
CSP's BA in Music Education/Teaching prepares musicians for K-12 teaching licensure in Minnesota in instrumental and/or vocal and classroom music. Combines the BA in Music core with education coursework and supervised field experiences, culminating in a student teaching semester. Same music faculty, ensembles, and facilities as BA in Music. Same GPA requirements (2.75 in music; 2.5 in each area). Education coursework through CSP's accredited College of Education.
