About this program
The Acting (BFA) Program teaches you the necessary skills to be a professional actor who can tell the great stories of humanity. You will learn to interpret scripts so that you can play fully developed characters that live in worlds near to, and far from, our own. Your voice classes will help you develop a wide range of expressivity so you can breathe powerful emotions into your words. You will build movement skills to be visually dynamic and clear for audiences. Your classes will explore successively more complicated genres and styles, with a committed emphasis on classical drama.
